They LOVED it, so I think we will have to add this to our yearly list of things to do!

1st camping trip!
So, I'm not a camper. At all. But, when your son tells you that all he wants for his birthday is to go camping, you make it happen! My parents have some property on the marsh (that is very close to our house), so that's where we decided to go. We grilled hot dogs, did lots of tree climbing, even went looking for alligators after it got dark. The boys were SO excited about all of it! By 8 o'clock, they were asking if they could go to bed yet! The tent was a touch small for all of us, so I volunteered to go home & sleep in our bed! Geoff called me when they all woke up the next morning (Before 6!) so I could come back down & have breakfast with all my happy campers!
